Refer a Friend Offer: Terms and Conditions

The referred friend must choose Kaybridge Residential to sell their property and accept our terms and conditions.

The referred friend must tell the agent  the referring friend’s discount code during the Valuation process to receive the £100 discount on their fee.

When the referring friend will receive their Amazon.co.uk Gift Card depends on the Sale option chosen by the referred friend:

No sale, No fee = The referring friend will receive their £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card upon completion of the sale of the friend’s property by Kaybridge residential and Kaybridge residential receives its fee, this time scale will vary. Please note: if the friend’s property does not sell through us or if the friend cancels their contract, you will not be eligible for a gift card.

An email will be sent to the referring friend with details of how the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card is claimed. Please note: the Gift Card is in the form of an e-voucher included within the email sent by us . It is not a physical gift card.

You cannot refer yourself. Kaybridge reserves the right to withdraw the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card if this is found to be the case.

Please check that your friend is happy to hear about this offer from Kaybridge.

We will withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time and without communication.

If the referred friend has already instructed Kaybridge, they will not be eligible for the discount retrospectively.

The referred friend can only use one Refer a Friend discount code per property.

The referred friend is able to use the Refer a Friend discount code multiple times as long as they are all applied to different properties.
